Najdi Hajzl (“the App”) is a utility application designed to help users find nearby public restroom facilities quickly and easily.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access, how it is used, and how it is protected.

The App allows users to upload photos of restroom facilities. When you upload a photo, the App:
Every photo is reviewed before other users can see it. Until then it is visible only to you, marked as awaiting approval; if it is rejected it stays in the App for you alone, together with the reason, and only you can delete it. Once a photo is published you can no longer delete it yourself — write to us and we will take it down. Every published photo can be reported; reported photos are hidden automatically pending review. Please photograph the facility only and never people.
The App rewards contributions with points, a daily streak and a rank. Each contribution is sent to our server together with your anonymous user identifier and records:
These records let us compute streaks and see how the community is doing, and they restore your points if you reinstall the App. They contain no name, e-mail or account — only the same anonymous identifier used for votes and photos.
The App can show you a history of restrooms you have interacted with. It is assembled from two sources:
Because contributions are tied to your anonymous identifier, anyone who knows that identifier could retrieve the same list; the identifier is random, is not linked to your name or account, and is shown in the App settings so you know what it is. The on-device navigation records can be deleted at any time in the App settings. Published contributions remain public as described above.
The App lets you save your own private restroom locations (for example at home or at a friend's place) so that the panic button can take them into account. For each private location the App stores on our server:
Private locations are visible only to you: they are never shown to other users, never appear in any public listing, ranking or statistics, and are not written to the activity log. You can edit or delete them at any time in the App. Because they are tied to the anonymous identifier of your device, reinstalling the App generates a new identifier and previously saved locations have to be entered again.

Third-party providers may process limited technical information necessary to provide their services.
Photos and comments uploaded by users are visible to everyone. By posting them you agree that you will not upload content that is abusive, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and that you will not harass other users.
We have no tolerance for such content. Every uploaded photo is reviewed before it becomes public, and both photos and comments can be reported by anyone. Reported content is hidden automatically once enough reports are received, and is removed if it breaks these rules. Users can also block an author, which hides that author's photos and comments from them; blocked authors can be unblocked in the app settings.
Content review is done by the operator and by volunteer moderators – trusted users of the App to whom the operator grants limited moderation rights. Moderators see only what is needed for the review (the photo or comment, the toilet it belongs to, and the anonymous identifier of its author); they cannot delete content permanently, and every moderation decision is logged with who made it. Moderator rights can be revoked at any time.
Anyone affected by content in the App - including people who do not use it - can reach us at problem@inb.ee. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
The public website najdihajzl.cz uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure visits and understand how the site is used. Google Analytics collects technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, browser and device type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Google may process this data on servers outside the European Union. Details are available in Google's Privacy Policy and in the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
The website's internal administration is excluded from analytics. The App itself does not use Google Analytics.
Some data may be stored securely on remote servers to support synchronization and reliability features.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored data.
